Yes. On studs-out work the systems are exposed and updated as part of the job. Inwood Drive got new electrical and plumbing along with the kitchen, baths, and floors.

It depends on the scope. A kitchen or bath can often be staged so the rest of the house stays livable. A studs-out restoration usually means moving out for the duration. We tell you which before the bid.

Yes. Additions are part of M4's remodel work, tied into the existing structure and systems.

A remodel is a room or a system, like a kitchen or a bath. An M4 Transformation is the whole house, outside and in: exterior, layout, kitchen, baths, floors, fixtures, and systems, done as one project.

No. M4 takes payment on delivery, by cash or check. There is nothing to pay when you reserve.

Not if M4 knows where the box goes. Put placement notes and any gate code on the reservation, or attach a placement photo, and confirm on the call.

The driveway is the normal spot. Street placement is up to your city, and some require a permit. Tell M4 on the confirmation call and they will advise.

No. Concrete, dirt, tires, propane tanks, paint or liquids, batteries, and AC units cannot go in the box.
