What is a studs-out remodel?
A studs-out remodel strips the interior back to the framing and rebuilds from there. Drywall, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures come out, which exposes the electrical and plumbing so they can be updated instead of patched around. It is the right call when the systems are old, the layout no longer works, or both. Inwood Drive is the finished result of exactly that process.

Can you remodel just the kitchen or just a bath?
Yes. Kitchens and baths are the most common single-room remodels M4 does. Send the scope through the form and we will walk the room with you.
Do you update electrical and plumbing during a remodel?
Yes. On studs-out work the systems are exposed and updated as part of the job. Inwood Drive got new electrical and plumbing along with the kitchen, baths, and floors.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
It depends on the scope. A kitchen or bath can often be staged so the rest of the house stays livable. A studs-out restoration usually means moving out for the duration. We tell you which before the bid.
Do you build additions?
Yes. Additions are part of M4's remodel work, tied into the existing structure and systems.
